Survey to general public in East Sussex - to inform info and support service development

Macmillan Cancer Support is starting an important piece of work and we want your help. We want to know how we can improve cancer information and support services in this local area. We're thinking creatively about how information and support is provided. We're also thinking about the types of places or settings where people might like to go for support and information.

By support, we mean a wide range of support offers. Here are some examples: someone able to give advice, signpost to information or help understand information, emotional and practical support, welfare benefits advice, physical exercise, wellbeing activities, support groups, complementary therapies, dietary advice and more.

Everyone who lives in East Sussex is invited to help us with this piece of work. You don't need to have had a family experience of cancer. Our questions ask where you're from so that we can tell the difference between suggestions from people from different local areas.

All the questions are optional so feel free to skip past any if you wish.

By submitting this survey, you confirm that you are happy for Macmillan to use the information you've disclosed, including if you have shared about your cancer experience, to help inform its ongoing commitment to improve local cancer information and support.

We promise to keep your details safe and never sell or swap them with anyone. This includes any sensitive personal data you may provide. Our privacy policy on our website at www.macmillan.org.uk explains how we keep this promise.
