Questionnaire for Dressmakers/ Tailors/ Seamstresses

This short survey is solely for the purpose of collecting research for a University Project. The student, Sue Carly, is a mature student studying Fashion Design locally and we ask that you give a small moment of your time to complete this survey and help her out. Sue will also be hosting an evening talk on her research topic regarding raising awareness about environmentally friendly and fair trade fashion, fabrics and textiles. The evening will be held at Classical Fabrics Ltd., on Wednesday May 1st. Please indicate at the end of the survey if you wish to attend as places are limited. There is no cost for attending the talk - it is free! There will also be complimentary drinks (of the vine and the caffeinated kind) and some nibbles.
