I3ntegrate are looking to award a one-off grant to an organisation, group or collaboration with the knowledge, expertise and capacity to create and deliver a 1-year programme of support aimed at those who form part of a young person’s ecosystem, to better equip these people to develop and maintain healthy relationships and emotional connections with their young people (age 5 - 18 years).
Timeline
Applications close: 12 May 2025, 23:59
Follow-up conversations with shortlisted applicants: Week commencing 2 June 2025.
Outcomes communicated: Week commencing 9 June 2025
Delivery to begin: 1 September 2025 – 15 September 2025
Interim report deadline: 13 February 2026
Delivery to end: 31 July 2026
Final report deadline: 31 August 2026
Grant criteria
Eligible costs:
The following is a list of things eligible to be included in an application. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, please get in touch if you have any questions.
· In-person and/or online activity.
· Salary costs.
· Venue hire.
· Operational costs.
· Development of new activity/provision.
· Expansion of existing activity/provision to wards of Cherry Hinton, Trumpington and Queen Edith.
· Evaluation costs.
· Participation costs for audiences (to ensure that activity is free of charge to audiences).
Restrictions:
A grant will not be awarded to cover the following:
· Costs associated with activity outside of the wards of Cherry Hinton, Trumpington and Queen Edith’s.
· Activity that assumes contributions from I3 beyond what is described here (without prior consultation).
· Provision that is targeted at groups where there is no evidence of need.
· Activity which falls outside of the timescales described above.
· Capital expenditure.
· Equipment – unless it can be shown to be integral to the programme and have a use after the completion of the of the pilot programme for the improvement of the mental health and wellbeing of young people in Cambridge City and/or their caregivers.
· Activity which promotes ideologies including (but not limited to) political and religious ideologies.
· Activity which has already taken place.
· Costs which have already been incurred.
· Activity for the purpose of financial profit or build of financial reserves.
· Activity for which there is funding already in place.
· Activity which comes at cost for audiences to access.
· Contingency money.
Please note that grant payments will not be made into personal bank accounts.
