ORIGIN Story Feedback

We have made this survey for young people to feedback about their experience of the stories we've created. On our project, we are building an online museum of stories for young people to be supportive to their mental wellbeing. And that's why- we need you!

We would love for you to be a Peer Reviewer and tell us what works well with the stories, what could be improved and what ideas you have to make the stories more impactful, interesting and representative to young people aged 16-25. This anonymous information will be used by the Creative Research Team to inform how they creatively produce stories from people and objects found in archives and museums.

All data collected in this form will be stored in a GDPR compliant manner. All answers are anonymous and by ticking "yes" you consent to the data collected being used to inform the overall project. *
