Dumfries and Galloway Health and Social Care Strategic Commissioning Plan 2021-24

1. Introduction

0%
To ensure that people's experience of health and social care and support is as good as it can be, the Integration Joint Board (IJB) is developing a new Strategic Commissioning Plan for Health and Social Care that builds on the existing plan for health and social care and support in Dumfries and Galloway.

We want to have conversations with a range of people that include people who use services, health and social care professionals, communities, Carers, provider partners, to hear and understand what matters to you, and develop a plan that enables us to create with you, the best possible journeys of care and support.

As part of these conversations, a consultation document has been developed. This survey has been created to capture your views on the content of this.

The consultation document can be found on https://dghscp.co.uk/. If you would prefer a hard copy of the document or the survey, or information in another language or format, please contact us on dg.spcp@nhs.scot or Telephone: 01387 272725
