Mental Health and Wellbeing in the Agricultural Community

0%

We are a group of organisations (including the NHS, local council, and voluntary and community organisations such as MIND, We Are Farming Minds, Borderlands Chaplaincy and Herefordshire Rural Hub) who are working together to improve how NHS mental health services are provided for those in our local farming and agricultural communities.

Do you work in farming or agriculture; or perhaps someone in your family or someone you care for does? Have you, or that person, had any issues with their mental health or wellbeing, or had to seek support from mental health services? For example, have you felt stressed, or so worried that you have not been able to sleep as a consequence?

In which case we want to hear from you. We want to know what your experience was like – good or bad. We want you to tell us what you think the issues are that may be specific to your community. Do you have any suggestions for how your experience could have been improved from your perspective?

The answers you provide will be entirely confidential. We plan to use the information gathered to make changes and improvements to our NHS services for your community.
