Eligibility: by submitting this form, you consent to us checking your eligibility by accessing information held by various Council departments (e.g. elections, council tax, housing, benefits, etc. - please note this list is not an exhaustive list). This will speed up the application process and enable us to pay you quicker, if your application is successful.
We will hold your personal data for a maximum of 6 years from when the fund closes.
