Survey about care of the elderly and vulnerable in Buckinghamshire

We need to hear from as many people as possible, including you.

Care for elderly and vulnerable adults is a key priority for many people and COVID-19 has certainly heightened the importance of this issue. We are conducting this survey to better understand the opinions and priorities for the many people affected by adult social care services including those who receive care, their families, unpaid carers, care professionals and volunteers working in organisations delivering support to the elderly and vulnerable members of our community.

The learning from this survey will be used to ensure we work on issues which are the most important and relevant to you. If you would like to stay updated about the results of this survey, you will be given the opportunity to do so at the end of this survey.

If you need any assistance completing it, you might consider asking a friend or relative to help input your answers and opinions. The survey is confidential and you are not required to give your personal details unless you wish to.

Your feedback is very much appreciated.

Thank you for taking this survey.
