Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey as part of our Equality Delivery System, we as a Trust want to involve our Stakeholders to make sure that their views and perspectives are included as part of the work we do to promote Equality and Inclusion for our Patients, Carers and Staff.
You should have received a summary of our Equality Delivery System action plan for 2021 – 22, which lists the positive changes we’ve made during this period, and you should have received an invitation to attend a session on March 31st 2022 (13:30 – 15:45)
Both the summary document and the session will tell you what we’ve done, and we would like you to use that information to grade our work. This feedback will then be compiled to provide a final grade for this EDS when it’s made available to the public and to our partners.
