In general, volunteer interviews are around 30 minutes long and are always conducted within our office hours (9am-3pm). The exception is for Trustee applicants who will be interviewed by the board; interviews may take longer and be conducted out of office hours.
Initial training includes shadowing groups, our volunteer induction, and two training sessions.
We have a minimum commitment for volunteers of three hours per month.
Trustee meetings are held every other month (6 meetings per year) plus the AGM which is usually held on the 2nd Saturday in November.
All interviews, training and shadowing is done online.
