Food Waste Reduction Training programme for Health Service Staff delivered by the Clean Technology Centre as part of the HSE Green Healthcare Programme.
The Green Healthcare Programme has collated Healthcare specific good practice on food waste from observations in acute and community hospitals around Ireland and has generated training materials on the different waste streams. In order to provide direct support to healthcare facilities we are offering online food waste reduction training.
Training Details
The training will provide information on examining food waste to help identify potential for food waste reductions along with providing examples of good practice from other healthcare facilities.
Training Audience
- Catering Services Managers, supervisors, officers and instructors
- Any healthcare manager responsible for catering services and staff

1 hour (online training)
