Rent Affordability

1. Introduction

We’d like your help. At CCHA we are carrying out a review of our rents and service charges. We are keen to hear your views so that you can help us to decide how to set our rents in future. Our aim is to make our rents fair and affordable for current and future tenants.

This questionnaire will help us to refine that policy now and make it fit for the future. We will not be making major changes to the policy that will see rents increase dramatically, so please do not be concerned that this is our plan.

This isn’t just a one-off exercise for us. We know that it is a difficult time for many as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. We will therefore be repeating this questionnaire annually to be able to hear if and how your views change over a longer timeframe.

This survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

If you would like any information explained or translated please let us know.  If you find it easier for us to talk to you in you own language we can arrange for an interpreter to be present.
