CLD Standards Council Members Conference Evaluation 2021

Thank you for attending the CLDSC Members’ Conference 2021.  We would appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us.  

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from members on their experience at the virtual Conference for 2021 to assist with future planning of CLDSC conferences and events.

Please can you complete this submission by 23rd December 2021. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

We are collecting this information using Smart Survey. Responses will be stored securely in a restricted access file on the CLDSC internal document management system. Only relevant CLDSC staff will see individual responses.  Anonymised and summarised responses and quotes may be used in our (CLDSC) internal and external publications, including the annual review.
