CAMHS Service user participation and engagement

Miller Research has been commissioned by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board to support the health board in developing their approach to engaging children and young people in the planning and delivery of Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). The information you provide us with will inform the development of this approach. The survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. Data protection This survey is being carried out in accordance with Market Research Society guidelines and GDPR requirements. The information you provide will be reported upon anonymously and destroyed once the research is complete. The data will be processed only by Miller Research and will not be passed onto any third-party organisation.
