Car sharing schemes (Car Clubs) exist in cities but not in rural locations. As part of an EU project, Hayfield Sustainable Transport Ltd (HSTL) is working with small, closed groups of drivers who are sharing access to existing cars and covering the costs on a pay-as-you-go basis. The same approach can then be used to buy a new electric car in an affordable way. This survey is to help identify a group of 2 or 3 potentially compatible drivers.
