This questionnaire was created by KS2 pupils at St Thomas Cantilupe C of E Primary School as part of a project called Hungry for Change. The children want to understand more about food insecurity in Herefordshire. The responses are monitored by a teacher to ensure the children don't see any inappropriate responses. Thank you!
