You are being invited to participate in the evaluation of the GO-HI Mobility as a Service app. This study is being conducted by Dr Kate Pangbourne and Dr Zahara Batool from the University of Leeds on behalf of HITRANS and other partners in the development of GO-HI.

The purpose of this evaluation is to understand if GO-HI enables its users to make journeys around the region more easily. This questionnaire will take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete and has four sections after this to help us understand you and your household, your current travel behaviours (i.e. how you usually travel within your local area and beyond), your intentions for future travel based on the current assumptions about the phased COVID-19 lockdown release, and what you expect from GO-HI. By clicking through to the survey you give your consent to participate, which is entirely voluntary. However, you can withdraw by not completing the survey.

You do not have to answer any questions you do not want to, but please bear in mind that the overall usefulness of the data is better when most or all of the questions are answered by as many participants as possible. When you submit your response to this survey, if you agree to give us your email address we will be able to link your responses to your use of Go-HI in a secure manner. The dataset we create for analysis will then be anonymised but will enable us to deliver a better evaluation. In addition to this survey, the evaluation plan will involve two further surveys (at approximately four and twelve months after you start using Go-HI). You do not have to complete those surveys, but participants who complete this and the other two surveys and have given us their email address will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five hampers filled with fine produce from across the region, donated by Hitrans. There is no cost to you for entry into the draw. Further information about the project can be found here Participant Information Sheet.

You can contact the research team by emailing: k.j.pangbourne@leeds.ac.uk. We invite you to email with any questions about the research or if you would like to be kept informed about the findings.
