Five Year Management Plan Consultation 2026-2031
The Bridport Millennium Green is made up of the gardens surrounding Mountfield (the Bridport Town Council offices) and the meadow and woodland on nearby Coneygar Hill. It is owned by a charitable trust. The next Five Year Plan will focus on new projects and improvements.
These projects adhere to the Trust’s aims of maintaining an “open space” with significant natural areas for the peaceful enjoyment by the public, which is safe and accessible. It is hoped funding for these projects will be raised by the Friends of the Millennium Green and by grant applications.
Could you let us know whether you agree or disagree with the following proposed projects and add in any comments you'd like to make?
The map relating to the Icehouse, entrance way and footpaths can be seen on Bridport Town Council's website under Projects - Open Spaces- Millennium Green.
