1. Your Views on Antenatal Care Provided by a Health Visitor

About this survey
Health Visitors are registered nurses who work with families who have new babies, offering support and advice from the antenatal period until the child starts school at 5 years. We would like to hear your views on the antenatal care that a Health Visitor has or could provide to you during your pregnancy. Antenatal care is the care you receive from health professionals during your pregnancy. This contact with the Health Visitor would introduce you to the Health Visiting service and provide information on: immunisations, breast feeding, mental health support, the 0-19 advice line and other relevant information. We would appreciate you taking 5 minutes to complete the survey questions below.

The Health Visiting service in Surrey is provided by Children and Family Health Surrey
