The role of this survey is to collect applications to the Isles of Scilly Local Authority Discretionary Grant Fund.
The national guidance for administration of this fund is set out in here 

Applicants to the fund should note that businesses who have previously been in receipt of central government COVID related grants, or are in administration will not be eligible for this funding.

We hope this application process will be quick and simple, there are 22 questions. You will also need to submit scans or screen shots of your business bank statements for March, April and May 2020 in support of your application.

How we will use your data
All of the information that you provide will be treated as confidential and will only be used for administrative purposes. All information will be received using a UK based, GDPR compliant survey and analysed on the council’s secure network as provided by Cornwall Council.
Your data will be held solely for the purposes of the administration of the Local Authority Discretionary Grant Fund.
Summary data and conclusions from your application will be used for grant administration and for further contact regarding this grant or other future initiatives.
Retention of the data
Your personal data will be held only for the purpose of administration of the Local Authority Discretionary Grant Fund and will be retained for audit purposes within the next financial year.
