The survey is completely voluntary.

The PRISM study
is being conducted by a pan-European scientific team of clinicians from England, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal and Spain.
The study is funded by Bial, a pharmaceutical company that has developed a drug for treating the symptoms of Parkinson's.

Your confidentiality will be protected and all of the responses you submit will be anonymous.
Any information we obtain in the survey will be treated as confidential and stored securely, as is required by the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679). Your contact details will not be stored by the researchers. You and your care-partner (if applicable) will never be identified in reports, publications or presentations that may follow from this survey.
