The Centre for Mental Health and Society is a research centre based in North Wales led by a Social Scientist and a Consultant Psychiatrist. We conduct research primarily relating to mental ill health, with an emphasis on the social, emotional and physical context in which it arises.

The impact of the Covid19 pandemic has been widespread and affected people around the world in many different ways.  We are developing a survey to explore peoples experiences of Covid-19 related restrictions and the impact these restrictions have had on them during the pandemic.  We would like to you to complete the following version of the survey to help us with this task. The survey is entirely anonymous and we will not be able to identify anyone from any responses provided.

Ethical approval to trial this survey has been granted by Healthcare Sciences (Post-reg) Ethics and Research Committee, Bangor University. Proposal number  2022-17086

We will use all of the responses to analyse how effective the survey is in exploring these restrictions.

The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete

Should you experience any distress following completion of this survey, we advise that you contact your local general practitioner for support.

At the end of the survey, you will be asked to click a box entitled  'Finish Survey'.  By clicking this box, you are agreeing to consent to take part in this survey.

There will also be an opportunity to make any comments about the survey. These comments will be helpful for us to refine and improve the survey for future use.
