Project PAL Phase 1: Online Questionnaire

Welcome to Project PAL!
We at SRUC would like to sincerely thank you for your dedication to helping to improve our understanding of laminitis. If you have experienced a horse or pony suffering from laminitis, you will be aware of how devastating this condition can be for the animal, and for those who care for them. Through your participation in Project PAL, you will have shown your commitment to helping to improve the well-being of horses and ponies in Scotland and further afield. It is because of people like you that this type of research can take place, and so we are extremely grateful for your commitment.
Your responses to this survey will remain completely anonymous, so you don’t need to worry about your data confidentiality.   Upon completion of the survey, you will be entered into a prize draw to win a £100 Love2Shop voucher, courtesy of WALTHAM™- the science behind SPILLERS™.
