Tell us about your experience contacting local hospital wards



We are an independent statutory organisation dedicated to improving health and social care services in Enfield. We are part of the national Healthwatch network.

Due to Covid 19 hospital visitor restrictions, many people have found it increasingly difficult to contact their relatives on inpatient hospital wards. This is especially true if family members don't have a mobile phone or tablet, and have to rely on contacting the wards to find out how their loved ones are doing.

We would like to know about your experience of contacting your relatives, have you had any issues? were the staff happy to help and give you an update? you may have compliments you want to pass on to the staff team.

Please note that we will only share anonymised information with Healthwatch England, service providers and commissioners in reports to try and initiate improvements in health and care.
