SFJ Awards’ annual Customer Survey gathers employer and training provider feedback to help us understand what we do well and what our customers value about working with us, as well as ways we can improve. This will ensure that we provide the services and products sought out by our valued customers and better meet their expectations.

All responses will be anonymised and data will be kept in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act (2018).

The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete and will remain open until August 6.
