Thank you for your interest in this survey!

Lockdown has meant that culture, arts and heritage in South Yorkshire has come to a stop for the best part of a year. We want to know how this has affected you.

You are invited to take part as someone who takes part in arts, culture and heritage activities in South Yorkshire by going to arts events, taking part in classes or workshops, or visiting cultural venues or heritage sites. We would especially love to hear from anyone involved in these activities through social prescribing or takes part in arts, culture and heritage activities specifically designed to help with health and wellbeing.

Taking part in this survey will help us to lobby for much-needed support for people's wellbeing, communities, and the culture, arts and heritage sector, following the devastating effects of this pandemic.

The survey will close on Monday 31st May at 5pm
Please do read the Information Sheet here in order to find out more about how your responses will be used and the legal basis for processing your data.
