This survey is the first stage of ICIPS research into the application of service users' lived experience in service design. The objective is to gather a broad understanding of the current position and key lessons learned, in public, private and voluntary sector service providers.
We will make all results freely available and use them to inform the next stage, which will be formal research.
Your input will remain anonymous, but we are happy to provide your organisation with anonymised outputs from respondents from your employees.
