This year's theme: Adapting to our changing climate

Thank you for your interest in hosting a virtual conference session. Please complete this form with outline information on your proposed session idea. 

The information you provide will be used by the Wales Climate Week team to assess whether a suitable session slot can be made available within the programme. 

Details on the daily sub-themes and cross-cutting topics that we encourage you to cover are included on the Virtual Conference page of our website.

When you have received confirmation that your session can be accommodated within the programme, the short description you have provided within this application form will be used for inclusion in the published virtual conference programme. Should you wish to edit your session description at a later date, then this can be arranged by contacting the Wales Climate Week team.
