Questionnaire for individuals - rapid review of the Welsh Government's Community Cohesion Programme

1. Welcome

Thank you for your interest in taking part in this rapid review of the Welsh Government’s Community Cohesion Programme.

This project aims to:
  • Assess the design and delivery of the Community Cohesion Programme
  • Understand how well the programme supports community cohesion at national, regional and local levels, and
  • Identify lessons for how the programme can be improved (made better).
At the end of the project we will provide a report to Welsh Government.

This questionnaire is for diverse individuals in Wales.

We are keen to hear from:
  • People from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities
  • People who experience racism
  • Gypsies, Roma and Travellers
  • Asylum seekers,  refugees or other forced migrants
  • Disabled people. This includes:
    • People with mobility impairments. For example, wheelchair users or people with health conditions that affect walking.
    • People with sensory impairments. For example, Blind, Deaf, or hearing-impaired people.
    • People with learning impairments / disabilities. For example, autistic and neuro-diverse people or people with dyslexia, dyspraxia, or Downs Syndrome.
    • People with cognitive impairments. For example, people with dementia or hydrocephalus.
    • People with mental ill health, or people who experience emotional distress. For example, people who experience anxiety, people who have depression, or people with schizophrenia
    • People with long-term health conditions. For example, HIV, diabetes or MS.
  • Lesbian, Gay and Bi people
  • Asexual people
  • Older people over 50
  • Young people under 25
  • People with different religions and beliefs and no religion or belief
  • Carers (people who provide unpaid care or support to a friend or family member)
  • Women and men
  • Intersex people
  • Trans and non-binary people
  • And people from different socio-economic groups or classes

You do not have to answer every question. Please skip any question you feel you cannot comment on. However, the more information we have, the more you will help us to review the Welsh Government’s Community Cohesion Programme.

We do not ask for your name. This questionnaire is anonymous.

When we produce the interim report you can review and comment on that report or feed in any other views you have. Because we are not collecting your name or contact details in this questionnaire we cannot involve you in that review unless you contact us and tell us you want to be involved.
