Preshute Neighbourhood Plan - Questionnaire

1. Welcome to the Preshute Neighbourhood Plan Questionnaire

Thank you for looking at this questionnaire. We have tried to answer some of the likely questions below but if you still have questions or want to speak to someone please contact Sophie, the Parish Clerk, whose details are below and either Sophie or a member of the Steering Group will be able to help.

Why are we asking you to complete a questionnaire?
The Neighbourhood Plan is produced for the parish by the parish. The questionnaire will help ensure the Neighbourhood Plan addresses the issues of the people who live and work in the parish.

Who can complete the questionnaire?
All residents, landowners, business owners and people who work in the Preshute Parish are invited to complete this questionnaire.

How will the data be used?
The data collected will only be used to support the creation of the Preshute Neighbourhood Plan. All responses are anonymous although it would help if you could indicate your relationship to Preshute.

What should I do if the questionnaire doesn’t cover the issues I think are important?
We have tried to cover the issues that people tell us are important but there is also space to tell us about other issues that you feel are important that aren’t covered elsewhere. Please don’t hold back!

Can I speak with someone about the questionnaire?
If you want to speak to someone, in the first instance please contact our Clerk, Sophie Roberts who may be able to help or, if not, will ask a member of the Steering Group to contact you. Sophie can be contacted on 01672 861262 or by email at clerk@preshutepc.org.uk
