Volunteer Sign-up : Hemel Old Town Beer Festival 2024

Any and all volunteers are much appreciated, whether you are a CAMRA member or otherwise!

Volunteers will receive 1x half-pint beer token per hour worked, to be redeemed either on shift or at any other time during the festival. Volunteers will receive free admission to all sessions and the organisers look to provide light bites such as sandwiches whilst on shift (bringing a packed lunch or money for food vendors is recommended). 

Once you’ve completed and submitted your form, you will receive an acknowledgement email, following this, our volunteer manager will assign you to the rota. If you need to change or cancel for any reason, please do let us know as soon as possible so we can amend the rota.

We will endeavour to give you your preferred sessions/areas of work. There are time slots to suit all – so even if you can only offer a short time, there is something you can do!

Whatever hours you choose, please do be sensible and allow yourself time for rest as it can be very tiring - especially during busy periods.
