Thank you for taking part in our survey!

We would love to hear your opinion on the places and landscapes of County Kildare. The survey usually takes about 5 minutes. This exercise is part of the County Kildare Landscape Character Assessment which commenced in late 2024.

A Landscape Character Assessment is a way to describe the landscapes of an area. By understanding the physical and human influences on a place we can understand what makes one part of Kildare distinctive from another, for example; the Curragh plains;  the river valleys and canal landscapes; the Northeastern foothills or the Bog of Allen.

By completing this short survey, the project team will learn about the Kildare landscape from those who live and work in the County. Keep in mind, we are also interested in learning about everyday landscapes, not just special or well-known places.
