Wem & District Darts & Dominoes League: Current Season & Next Season

Hello All,
I hope everyone is staying safe/alert and well during these trying time and continues to do so. Since and even before the government announcement re Pubs re-opening I've had a number of messages along the lines of when we can play darts and dominoes again, mostly in the positive of wanting to play at some point.
Firstly this isn't totally my decision and whilst I've missed playing and the craic/camaraderie of our Tuesday night league I can only be guided by what pubs/clubs decide are their rules based on the govt guidance. Having read some of the 43 page document myself I can honestly say I don't envy landlord/ladies and licensees in there task of re-opening their businesses. Best of luck to all pubs/clubs in Wem(and surrounding) and further afield as they attempt to get our great British institution back up and running.

Anyway, unfortunately after reading the guidance I cannot see a way Dart and/or Dominoes matches can be accommodated at least in the short term when pubs re-open due to the measures imposed. However I'm sure the guidance will be reviewed at some point if numbers of covid 19 cases continue to go in the right direction and I'd like to think 2020 wouldn't be a complete right off in terms of having a game of darts or doms! We shall see!

With this in mind I'd like to know if there is any appetite from players to finish the remaining 4/5 games of the 2019/20 season(if possible at some point) and the finals days later in the year? And also thoughts on potential plans for the 2020/21 seasons as and when.
Please pass this on to league players who may not be on facebook/social media as I'd like to get as many responses as possible. You don't necessarily have to be on facebook to fill it in.
