This research project is part of a dissertation. The aim of the project is to attempt to build an understanding of consumer perception of multilevel marketing (MLM).The data collected from this survey will be informed by the academic literature in order to establish a discussion on consumer perception of multilevel marketing (MLM). Multi-level marketing is also referred to as network marketing and is a business approach that incentivises sales representatives to produce sales and recruitment within their social network, with higher focus being paid to recruitment than sales.

 
  1. You will be asked questions to establish your demographic identity, not your personal identity as anonymity is guaranteed to each respondent.
  2. You will be asked questions about your opinions on the topic of multilevel marketing, please answer as best you can no matter what your opinion is, there are no wrong answers.
  3. You will be asked to give your opinion in writing in one question, we ask that you can keep the answer as concise as possible.


Anonymity of each respondent is guaranteed as the survey has been designed to ensure that the only identifiers asked are for demography rather than identity. Please note, that consent is given by you for the information collected to be used within this study by answering a question. Your information will not be shared with any third parties and the all the data collected is stored on a secure server. Once the survey is completed and returned there is no process in order to withdraw the data.
