MNVP Feedback Survey 2025

1. Coventry and Warwickshire Maternity and Neonatal Voices Feedback Survey

Coventry and Warwickshire Maternity & Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) works across Coventry and Warwickshire to collect stories and feedback from parents about their maternity and neonatal experiences. 

 

We then share the anonymised themes from this feedback with maternity and neonatal staff from the 3 local trusts: George Eliot, South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust (Warwick) and University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (Coventry and Rugby).

 

Using the feedback themes, we work with staff to share good practice and bring about changes and improvements both in the hospitals and the community. 

You can fill out this survey anonymously or leave your contact details to be added to the MNVP mailing list and receive details of our upcoming events and meetings. (Your data will not be shared elsewhere.)

 

If you would prefer to speak to a member of the team to give your feedback please email cwmaternitynvp@outlook.com and we will happily arrange this as a video call or in person chat.

 

Alternatively you can email a voicenote or video or written feedback if preferred. Feedback will still be anonymised, however it is shared with us.
