End-User Survey

1. Performance Measurement Survey - Autumn 2021

The pandemic has increased the public's awareness of the importance of measurement and seen more recent focus on case outcomes (e.g. hospital admissions) rather than case numbers.

The purpose of this thought provoking survey (2-3 minutes to complete) is to better understand the practice and value of performance measurement in organisations generally - small and large, public and private

We'll present and publish the findings in November with a prize draw of 3x UN SDG badges and 3x "Our Iceberg is Melting" books.

If you're an advisor then please respond from your client's perspective.
