What are we doing?
Carmarthenshire Disability Coalition for Action and Carmarthenshire 50+ have come together to co-produce and work on issues affecting disabled people of all ages, carers of all ages and the over 50's to try to better understand YOUR issues and to help you remedy them, where possible. This survey aims to capture a picture of the needs of disabled and older people living in Carmarthenshire.

What we are trying to measure in this survey?
We want to identify the difficulties that disabled and older people face on a day to day basis. We want you to tell us what problems and barriers you experience through disability and/or old age. We want you to tell us what we can do to improve your health and well-being.

What will we do with the information?
We will be using the findings to influence the co-production of local services for disabled and older people provided by public and third sector organizations in Carmarthenshire. Disability legislation gives disabled and older people the right to be included in the processes that deliver services and facilities for them. No personal data is collected by this survey.
