Modest Trends

Modest Trends is a new retail shop open in Grangetown, Cardiff selling Abayas, Hijabs and Modest Fashion. It has been launched to meet the needs of Muslim women in Cardiff and the surrounding area. The press is very interested  in the concept of the store and the owner has ambitions to grow the store, providing a much needed service for the Muslims in Cardiff. 

However, many investors are reluctant to support the business. The theory is that Cardiff is a very diverse city but is also difficult market to expand in. Many investors are unwilling to invest in Cardiff as feel Cardiff Muslims do not have the same disposable income as the likes of London, Birmingham and Manchester. This survey has been designed and commissioned to identify how large the demand for abayas, hijabs and modest fashion is in Cardiff and these results will be put forward to investors.
