The Wychavon and Malvern Hills Sustainable Building and Construction Supplementary Planning Document has been prepared to support policies in the recently adopted South Worcestershire Development Plan Review (March 2026) https://www.swdevelopmentplan.org/south-worcestershire-development-plan-review-2021-2041 (opens in a new window). It will be used by planning officers when assessing planning applications. The feedback you provide will be analysed and may be used to make changes to the document before it is officially adopted.
