Afterpath Customer Survey

We are launching a support website/app to make it easier and less stressful for people that are managing arrangements relating to the passing (death) of a loved one or thinking about their own arrangements.

Afterpath (www.mypassingplanner.com) provides searchable support and a repository for wills, sample personalised services, celebrations, music, headstone inscriptions, contact lists, administration, passwords (e.g. bills, insurance policies, Netflix, Kindle, Prime etc), messages, social media management, pets, charity, donor documents and emotional support - with a directory of relevant provider contacts and tips for conversations and planning.

In order to make this service as helpful and user friendly as possible, we would love to get your feedback in our confidential snapshot survey. This should take approximately 5 minutes, the feedback would be so useful for us and other users. Many thanks!
