Thank you for nominating a child/ren to receive free passes to the Elf Express Character Grotto this year. Please complete the questionnaire as far as you are able. Once we have approved the free tickets we will send a link to book in for the selected dates.
The grotto dates eligible for free passes this year are Sat 13th & Sun 14th December.
