Dear Resident,

My name is Manuela and I am standing in the district council by-election here in the Welford-on-Avon ward so that we can have a strong local voice for this area.

I live in Welford-on-Avon with my husband Dr Bruce Horton, an environmental economist, and our three children. I’m an active member of our community and as a parish councillor and School Governor I am aware of some of the local issues, but I would very much like to hear your opinions and thoughts.
