1. Survey Information

 

What is the purpose of this study?

·       To understand educators views and experiences in oral health education.  

·       By this we mean anything that promotes children’s oral health through different ages such as: 

Supervised toothbrushing

Teaching toothbrushing techniques and habits

Teaching healthy eating

Teaching the importance of regular dental check ups

 

How will this information be used?

·       All data will be used for research purposes and any information provided will be treated confidentially. 

·      Once you have submitted the questionnaire, data cannot be withdrawn as it is anonymous. 

 

Storage of data

·       Data will be stored with Edge Hill University secure servers.

 

What do I need to do?

·       Participation is entirely voluntary.

·       This survey consists of 12 questions relating to oral health education and your school setting.
