The aim of this research paper is to identify which measures could be put in place by the UK Construction Industry to prevent late or non-payment to subcontractors, What is hoped to be achieved by conducting the research is a list of the measures which would prevent subcontractors experiencing payment problems, and the remedies for late payment they could utilise.
