This survey is designed to gather as much information as possible from the people TRUST is working hard to protect – This includes you, the fans as without you, there wouldn't be a British wrestling industry to speak of. Your safety is just as important as anyone else's whilst in attendance at an event, so please give us as much information as you can to assist us in optimising your future experiences to the highest level.

The information you provide is 100% confidential, please answer honestly and based on your own personal experience. If you wish to remain anonymous that is your right and you will have the option to do so. Thank you in advance for being a part of the development of TRUST, your voice is imperative.
