Survey Introduction
We’d like to hear about how you travel to and from the hospital.
Your feedback will help us understand travel patterns and identify ways we can make getting to and from the hospital easier in the future.
The survey takes less than two minutes to complete and closes on 9th October 2026.
Please note: This survey is for patients and visitors only. If you are a staff member, please do not complete it. A separate survey is being carried out for staff.
Your Privacy
Your responses will help inform future travel and access planning at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust (PAHT).
The survey is anonymous, and we will not attempt to identify you from your responses. Please do not include any information in free-text boxes that could identify you or anyone else.
If you do provide personal information, we will anonymise it where possible and only use information that is necessary for our legitimate interests. Any personal information will be deleted once it is no longer needed for this purpose.
