A compassionate and inclusive community for individuals affected by dementia, offering emotional support and educational activities for families, caregivers, and those living with dementia. Striving to raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding dementia and advocate for better care practices.
Through a variety of programmes we aim to support families, engage children in understanding dementia, and create a safe space for individuals with dementia to feel connected and valued.
Ultimately, we want to foster a world where dementia is not a source of isolation.
