The Cuckoo Pen is a small enclosed green space, situated between the Benson Brook and St Helen’s Avenue Allotments, many of you may remember it as a former plant nursery. This space is being brought back into public use for the benefit of the community. As it is a designated Green Space in the Benson Neighbourhood Plan, the overall proposal is for the area to be opened up as a unique and contemplative space. Would you prefer it as-;
