Working Away from the Office: Small-Business Survey

How does your business work away from the office?

OfficeTether is researching how UK sole traders and very small businesses access office computers, files and specialist systems when working from home, travelling or away from their usual workplace. The initial research has a particular focus on Peterborough and Cambridgeshire businesses.

We are exploring whether businesses would value a practical, fixed-scope service that could review their requirements, configure suitable remote access, test it and document the completed setup.

This survey should take approximately five to seven minutes.

Your answers will help us understand:

what businesses need to access remotely;
how remote access is currently arranged;
what problems or concerns businesses experience;
whether outside assistance would be useful;
what type and price of service might be realistic.

This is research rather than a sales or technical-support service. Please do not provide passwords, recovery codes, customer information, confidential documents or detailed security configurations.
