Community Connections - Coffee & Connect

Page 1

Staffordshire Network for Mental Health is developing a new Community Connections project to improve mental health and wellbeing. Sessions will take place in local cafés, community hubs and other welcoming venues, offering people a free hot drink, the opportunity to meet others, reduce loneliness, build confidence, access local support and improve their wellbeing. Your feedback will help us shape the project to meet the needs of local people.
